“三联管理”联合专项整治在改善护工违规行为中的应用

摘要
目的探讨"三联管理"联合专项整治行动在改善护工个人不规范行为中的应用效果。方法通过《护工个人不规范行为调查表》对保健病房66名护工进行个人不规范行为的摸底调查,总结护工现存的不规范行为。通过三联管理(即病房、保卫科、护工公司共同管理)联合专项整治行动对将非正规护工收归正规护工公司,制止、约束、教育、改进护工存在的不规范行为,规范化培训,评价改善效果。结果通过三联管理联合专项整治行动,保健病房患者陪护非正规护工数为0,且护工个人不规范行为得到有效控制,与管理前相比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论三联管理的方法可有效改善护工个人违规行为,促进病房的规范化管理。
Objective To explore application effect of the special rectification with "three organization management " in improving of careworkers' irregularities. Methods Sixty-six care-workers were researched by "care-workers irregularities questionnaire". Then the irregularities and proportion by the survey results were analyzed and summaried. Then through the three organization management(including health care ward, security section of hospital, and a company of nursing workers) joint special rectification action will bring the informal nursing workers into the formal nursing companies, stop, constrain, education, improve the nonstandard behavior of nursing workers, standardize training, and evaluate the improvement effect. Results Through the joint special rectification action with three organization management, there was no one informal careworkers in the health care ward, and the individual irregular behaviors of care-workers were effectively controlled, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The special rectification operation with "three organization management " can effectively improve care-workers' irregularities and promote the standardized management of wards.
