硒多糖药理作用的研究进展

摘要
硒多糖是一种有机硒化合物,兼具硒和多糖的活性且具有相当高的药用价值。除此之外,硒多糖还具有良好的抗氧化,抗肿瘤,提高机体免疫力等生物作用,已成为近年来的研究热点。目前已知的富含硒多糖的产品有酵母硒多糖、海藻硒多糖、灵芝硒多糖等,其中大部分已被广泛应用于临床。因为目前对硒多糖的药理作用机制尚不完全清楚,有待进一步研究,因此本文就现已发现的硒多糖的药理作用综述如下,旨在为以后硒多糖的进一步研究提供参考和理论依据。
        Selenium polysaccharide is a kind of organic selenium compounds,which has both the activities of selenium and polysaccharide and has quite high medicinal value.In addition,selenium–polysaccharide also has good biological activities such as good anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and enhance the body's immunity,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.At present,selenium-rich products are known as yeast seleniumpolysaccharide,seaweed selenium-polysaccharide and ganoderma selenium-polysaccharide,most of which have been widely applied in clinical.The pharmacological mechanisms of selenium-polysaccharide are not completely clear and need to be further studied.Therefore,In order to provide reference and theoretical basis for further study of selenium-polysaccharide in the futher,the pharmacological actions of selenium polysaccharide are summarized as follows.
