摘要
目的调查中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科住院医师对定期使用SOAP病例汇报评价表联合Mini-CEX临床演练综合评价的培养方式和传统培养方式的满意度情况及现状分析,为改良妇产科住院医师培养模式,提高培训质量提供建议。方法随机抽取我院妇产科基地进行住院医师规范化培训的2014级、2015级、2016级住院医师共80人,随机分为观察组(40人)与对照组(40人),两组进行初始SOAP联合Mini-CEX评价,其后观察组在完成传统方法教学基础上,每3个月进行SOAP联合MiniCEX评估,并进行有针对性的改良培养。对照组进行传统教学方法,12个月以后两组同时进行SOAP联合Mini-CEX最终测评。对两组学员每3个月进行一次满意度调查。结果初始调查中观察组学员满意度总分(26.43±3.10)与对照组学员满意度总分(26.13±3.25),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过一年的培训,观察组与对照组住院医师各项满意度皆有提高;在最终反馈中,观察组学员对于教师教学水平、教学针对性、教学方法、教学效果、实践机会、适应程度、自我满意程度等满意度分数及百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论使用SOAP联合Mini-CEX方式能够对妇产科住院医师培养起到积极促进作用,建议进一步扩大应用范围。
        Objective To investigate the satisfaction and current situation of obstetrics and gynecology residents in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University in the comprehensive evaluation of training mode and traditional training mode of SOAP case report evaluation form combined with Mini-Cex clinical exercise,so as to provide Suggestions for improving the training mode of obstetrics and gynecology residents and improving the training quality.Method A random sample of resident standardization training base in obstetrics and gynecology hospital residency in grade 2014,grade2015,2016,a total of 80 people,were randomly divided into observation group(40)and the control group(40),two groups in the initial SOAP in combination with the Mini-CEX evaluation,followed by group at the completion of teaching on the basis of the traditional method,every 3 months for SOAP in combination with the Mini-CEX assessment,and targeted to improve training.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and SOAP combined with Mini-Cex was finally evaluated in both groups 12 months later.Two groups of students were surveyed on their satisfaction every three months.Results In the initial survey,there was no statistically significant difference between the students' satisfaction scores in the observation group(26.43±3.10)and the control group(26.13±3.25)(P>0.05).After one year of training,the satisfaction of residents in the observation group and the control group was improved.In the final feedback,the students in the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction scores and percentages than those in the control group(P<0.05)in terms of teachers' teaching level,teaching pertinence,teaching methods,teaching effects,practice opportunities,adaptability,self-satisfaction,etc.,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion SOAP combined with Mini-CEX culture can play an active role in promoting gynecology and obstetrics residents,and it is suggested to further expand the application scope.
