参蛤河车胶囊辅助治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者免疫功能及治疗效果的影响

摘要
目的探讨参蛤河车胶囊辅助治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者免疫功能及治疗效果的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月于本院门诊就诊的COPD稳定期患者127例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为试验组(64例)和对照组(63例)。试验组患者给予参蛤河车胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,对照组患者仅给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的免疫功能及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者CD4~+水平、CD4~+/CD8~+比值均显著高于治疗前(P_均<0.05),CD8~+水平均显著低于治疗前(P_均<0.05),6 min步行距离均显著长于治疗前(P_均<0.05),平均住院频次均显著低于治疗前(P_均<0.05),且试验组患者以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P_均<0.05)。试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论参蛤河车胶囊可有效调节COPD稳定期患者T淋巴细胞水平,增强免疫功能,缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of adjuvant treatment of Shenge Heche capsule on immune function and therapeutic effect in patients with stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Method 127 patients with stable phase of COPD who were admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected, and the patients were divided into experimental group(n = 64) and control group(n = 63) according to random number table method. Experimental group patients were treated with Shenge Heche capsule combined with Budesonide and formoterol fumarate power for inhalation, while control group patients were treated with Budesonide and formoterol fumarate power for inhalation. The immune function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Result After treatment, the CD4~+ level and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P_(all)< 0.05), the CD8~+ level were lower than before treatment(P_(all)< 0.05), 6 min walking distance were significantly longer than before treatment(P_(all)< 0.05), average hospitalization frequency were significantly lower than before treatment(P_(all)< 0.05), while the improvement of the above indicators in experimental group were better than those in control group(P_(all)< 0.05). The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenge Heche capsule can effectively regulate the T cell level, improve the immune ability, relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable phase of COPD and improve the clinical efficacy.
