摘要
目前,微型信息的放大研究主要应用于生物化学、分子生物学、电子信号传导等领域.而将该技术应用于印刷产品中,可以提升产品的高附加值,降低可复制性,提高印刷的防伪性能.本文基于莫尔纹产生的基本原理,在CorelDraw和Photoshop中模拟了将不同属性的微型信息按照预定倍数放大到预期效果的实验.根据基本图层与显示光栅之间的数学关系和物理关系,确定基本图层与显示光栅的各个参数,如周期、大小尺寸、频率等,在CorelDraw和Photoshop绘图软件中,按照确定的参数分别制作以矢量图形和位图图像为待放大的微型信息的基本图层,并制作与基本图层匹配的显示光栅,将显示光栅叠合在基本图层上,显示出信息放大的效果.微型信息的放大研究可以应用到防伪印刷领域中.
        At present,the amplification of microform information is mainly used in biochemistry,molecular biology,electronic signal transduction etc.Using the technology in printing products can improve the products with high added value,reduce the duplication and improve the security performance of printing.In this paper,based on the basic principle of moire patterns,we did the magnification simulation experiment of the micro information with different attributes according to the predetermined magnification times in CorelDraw and Photoshop.According to the mathematical and physical relationships between the basic layer and the revealing grating,we determined the basic layer and the revealing grating parameters,such as cycle,size,frequency and so on.In CorelDraw and Photoshop,first we made the basic layer with vector graphics and bitmap images which were to be amplified respectively according to the parameters of production.Then we made the revealing grating which was matched with the basic layer.Last the revealing grating was superimposed on the basic layer to show the effect of information magnification.The amplification of micro information can be applied to the field of anti-counterfeiting printing.
