摘要
基于同煤甲醇厂一种重工业风机电机总成,研究其工作情况和故障机理。其目的是揭示随机械振动水平的增加,对风机电机轴承健康状况的影响,这些问题很容易通过基于状态的监测识别出来。基于此,讨论风机振动的严重程度,分析振动对风机潜在故障的影响,并应用状态监测技术,避免了故障的发生,提高了生产效率。
        Based on a heavy industry fan motor assembly in the same coal methanol plant, its working condition and fault mechanism are studied. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the influence on the health status of fan motor bearings with the increase of mechanical vibration level, and these problems can be easily identified by state-based monitoring. Based on this, the severity of fan vibration is discussed, the influence of vibration on the potential fault of fan is analyzed, and the condition monitoring technology is applied to avoid the occurrence of fault and improve the production efficiency.
