摘要
该文研究一种双定子型磁悬浮开关磁阻飞轮电机。该电机采用内–外双定子结构,内定子上单独设置悬浮力绕组,外定子上单独设置主绕组。在结合基本结构说明其电动/发电运行原理的基础上,建立了系统的数学模型,研究了系统的控制策略。该电机集传动与径向悬浮功能于一体,可省去径向磁轴承,使飞轮系统结构更紧凑;并且主绕组和悬浮力绕组的耦合很小,可独立控制,可减小系统的控制难度;通过主绕组电流可实现电动/发电运行状态的平滑切换,当主绕组电流大于零时,电机工作在电动状态;当主绕组电流小于零时,电机工作在发电状态。有限元分析和实验结果验证了所提方案的可行性和正确性。
        A double-stator type bearingless switched reluctance motor(DSBSRM) for flywheel energy storage system was studied. This DSBSRM consists of two stators with radial force windings placed on the inner stator and main windings placed on the outer stator. After the basic structure characteristics and its driving/generating principles were described, the mathematical model and the control strategy were studied. The suspension function is integrated into this DSBSRM, so the radial magnetic bearing is not needed anymore, which can make this flywheel-energy-storage system more compact. The coupling problem between main windings and radial-force windings can be conquered, so main windings and radial-force windings can be independently controlled, which can simplify the control difficulty. With proper main winding current, DSBSRM can be smoothly switched among different running modes. This motor can operate in electromotion mode when the main winding current is positive. While this motor operates in generation mode, when the main winding current is negative. Finally, FEM and experiment results confirm the feasibility and validity of this proposed method.
