摘要
海洋平台采用注水泵给油田注水,在注水泵前常设置缓冲罐储存一定容积的水量保证注水的平稳。为了满足注水水质对含氧量的要求,缓冲罐需要设置密封气并维持一定的正压,防止外面的空气进入缓冲罐。缓冲罐前期设计中采用常压矩形容器,在罐顶设置PCV阀,因液位波动不定期从罐顶PCV阀泄放密封气而造成密封气的损耗;用氮气做密封气,对于没有制氮机的平台,采用氮气瓶橇提供氮气需要定期更换氮气瓶,加大了现场的工作量。经改进选用微正压圆形容器,将密封气全密闭在容器里,缓冲罐顶的PCV阀仅起到安全阀的功能,正常情况下密封气不向大气泄放,可以大大减少密封气的消耗量,减少现场更换氮气瓶的次数。对于井口平台,特别是固定人员少又未配置制氮装置的平台具有较好的借鉴意义。
        Water injection pumps are often used to inject water into the oilfield on offshore platform.Buffer tanks are usually set in the front of the water injection pump to store certain volume of water,so as to ensure the stability of water injection. In order to meet the requirement of oxygen content for water injection quality, the buffer tank needs to be equipped with sealing gas and maintains certain positive pressure to prevent the outside air from entering the buffer tank. The buffer tank usually adapts a rectangular container under atmospheric pressure and PCV valves are put on the tank top. Due to the liquid level fluctuation, the sealing gas should be released aperiodically for the PVC valve, which will lead to the loss of the sealing gas. When nitrogen is used as the sealing gas for platforms without nitrogen generators, nitrogen bottles skid is adapted to provide nitrogen, and nitrogen bottles need to be replaced regularly,which increases the workload on site. After improvement,the circular container with micro-positive pressure is selected,and the sealing gas is completely sealed in the container. The PCV valve on the top of buffer tanks only functions as a safety valve. Under normal circumstances,the sealing gas is not released to the atmosphere, and then the consumption of sealing gas and the number of nitrogen bottle replacement on site can be greatly reduced. It has a good reference for the wellhead platforms,especially the platform with few fixed personnel and no nitrogen generator.
