摘要

高职院校学生宿舍是学生生活和学习的重要场地,除课堂学习外,学生大部分时间在宿舍中度过,宿舍管理的程度与学生习惯养成、素质提升息息相关。在以往研究的基础上,分析高职院校学生宿舍管理的现状和存在的问题,针对问题,提出高职院校宿舍管理模式工作改革和创新措施,以期在高职院校学生宿舍管理中,提供一些理论及实践基础。
        Student dormitory in higher vocational colleges is an important place for students to live and study. Apart from classroom learning, students spend most of their time in the dormitory. The degree of dormitory management is closely related to students' habit formation and quality improvement. Based on previous research, this paper analyzes the current situation of student dormitory management in Higher Vocational colleges. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the reform and innovative measures of dormitory management mode in higher vocational colleges, providing some theoretical and practical basis for dormitory management in Higher Vocational colleges.
