摘要
对于一些工厂、居民小区、物流园、停车场等园区,由于园区道路相对比较狭窄、道路两侧阻挡物较多、有许多的道路视觉死角、且存在许多错位路口,再加上园区交通管理未配置专人指挥管理等方面的因素,许多园区路口和路段成为车辆事故高发区域。本文根据目前激光雷达测距、测速技术和视频图像识别技术的发展现状,结合园区车辆运行安全管理的需求和控制事故发生,重点阐述实现园区车辆运行安全智能管理的功能和框架设计。
For some factories,residential quarters,logistics parks,parking lots and other parks,the parks are relatively narrow,there are many obstacles on both sides of the road,there are many roads with dead angles,and there are many misplaced intersections,plus the park.Traffic management is not equipped with special personnel command management and other factors,and many park intersections and road sections have become high-risk areas for vehicle accidents.Based on the current development status of laser radar ranging,speed measurement technology and video image recognition technology,this paper combines the needs of vehicle safety management in the park and control the occurrence of accidents,focusing on the function and framework design of realizing the safe and intelligent management of vehicle operation in the park.
