摘要
主要运用逻辑分析法和文献资料法进行研究,对全民健身发展的主要策略进行研究。剖析了全民健身计划实施的深远意义和主要目的,详细分析了不同年龄阶层人们开展体育活动的特征与所需的区域。主要结论:《全民健身计划(2011—2015)》的深入推动对我国国民身体素质的提升有积极的作用,对新时期全民健身的发展策略提出以下建议:加快城乡经济的发展速度;增加对体育资源的投入;引导城乡居民树立正确的体育锻炼意识;使全民健身运动指导队伍的建设得到完善。
The main use of logical analysis and research methods of literature, the main strategy for the development of national fitness study. It analyzes the far-reaching significance and the main purpose of the implementation of the National Fitness Program, a detailed analysis of the regional characteristics of different age groups and people needed to carry out sports activities. The main conclusion: "National Fitness Program(2011—2015)" to improve our in-depth promote national physical fitness has a positive effect, made the following recommendations to the National Development Strategy in the New Health:to accelerate the pace of development of urban and rural economy; increase the sport invest resources; urban and rural residents to establish a correct guiding awareness of Physical Exercise; construction make fitness exercise guidance team has been improved.
