我国盾构机润滑脂的现状与发展方向

摘要
盾构机是一种隧道掘进的专用工程机械,又称隧道掘进机。盾构机润滑脂主要包括主轴承密封润滑脂,盾尾密封润滑脂和极压润滑脂(EP润滑脂)等。从市场,标准,高端与环保产品等方面综述了我国盾构机润滑脂的现状。从市场上看,进口盾构机润滑脂占据高端市场,而国产盾构机润滑脂主要在中低端市场。从质量上看,EP当,主轴承密封润滑脂和盾尾密封润滑脂的关键指标也达到了进口润滑脂的水平。目前我国盾构机润滑脂在质量,标准和性能评定方法等方面与国外尚存在一定的差距,尽快制定我国盾构机润滑脂标准和性能评定方法,研发和推广环保盾构机润滑脂是我国盾构机润滑脂的重点发展方向。同时介绍了长城盾构机润滑脂的应用情况。
Shield machine was a special engineering machine for tunneling, and it was also called tunnel boring machine.Shield machine grease mainly included main bearing sealing grease, shield tail sealing grease and extreme pressure grease(EP grease).The present situation of shield grease in China was reviewed from the aspects of market, standard, high-end and environmental protection products. From the view point of market, imported shield machine grease occupied the high-end market, while domestic shield machine grease mainly was in the middle and low-end market.In terms of quality, the performance of EP grease was comparable to that of imported products.The key parameters of main bearing sealing grease and shield tail grease were also up to the level of imported grease.At present, there were still some gaps between our country and foreign countries in quality, standards and performance evaluation methods of shield machine grease. As soon as possible, formulating the standard and performance evaluation method of shield machine grease in China, developing and popularizing environmental protection shield machine grease was the key development direction of shield machine grease in China. At the same time, the applications of the Great Wall shield machine grease were introduced.
