环境外交:全球环境治理的中国角色

摘要
全球环境治理在国际事务的紧迫性日益上升,环境外交在各国外交布局中重要性日益上升。改革开放40年来,特别是中共十八大以来,中国全面参与全球环境治理,发挥了大国性、变革性和引领性作用,成为全球生态文明建设的重要参与者、贡献者和引领者。中国理念、中国方案和中国角色日益走向全球环境治理舞台的中央,特别是伴随着"一带一路"倡议、人类命运共同体的积极推进,中国将在全球环境治理中发挥更加重要的角色,推动全球环境治理朝着更加公平合理、合作共赢的方向发展。进入新时代的中国特色大国外交,在习近平外交思想和习近平生态文明思想的指导下,环境外交和全球环境治理将会展现更加广阔的前景。
The urgency of global environmental governance in international affairs is increasing,and environmental diplomacy is increasingly important in the China' diplomatic layout. In the past 40 years of reform and opening up policy,especially since the 18 th National Congress of CPC,China has fully participated in global environmental governance and played an important,transformative and leading role, which is making China being an important participant, contributor and leader in the construction of global ecological civilization. Especially with Belt and Road Initiative and Community of shared future for mankind development,China's philosophy,China's programs and China's role are increasingly moving toward the center of the global environmental governance arena. China will play a more important role in global environmental governance and promote global environmental governance system more fair and reasonable. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on diplomacy and Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,environmental diplomacy and global environmental governance will show broader prospects.
