摘要
全科医师规范化培训在我国已广泛开展,但无论带教老师还是全科医师对全科医学理念认识不足,导致类似专科医师的培训模式。针对全科工作特点,在培训过程中需将全科医学理念始终贯穿于培训中,本文对全科医师的任务、角色和能力进行总结,强调全科医师要培养预防和诊疗慢病能力,加强急诊的处理和转诊的判断,培养良好的沟通能力,在培训过程中运用形成性评价进行培训考核,同时需加强师资队伍建设,以进一步完善全科医师规范化培训工作。
        The standardized training of general practitioners in China has been developed widely. But many teachers and practitioners are lack of the concept of general medicine science, which leads to a similar training model of specialist. According to the working characteristics of general practitioners, the concept of general medical science must always run through training. This paper summarized the general practitioner's tasks, roles and capabilities, stresses that general practitioners should be cultivated the ability of chronic diseases in prevention and treatment, the emergency treatment and referral assessment, good communication ability, applying formation evaluation in training and examination, at the same time strengthening the construction of teachers staffs is important, which are in order to consummate the work of general practitioners standardized training.
