居家安宁疗护实践经验——以宁养院模式为例

摘要
本文阐述发展居家安宁疗护的意义,具体介绍居家安宁疗护团队核心成员构成、团体成员培训,服务的内容、方式与管理,建议顶层设计居家安宁疗护制度及标准、发挥基层社区卫生服务中心的服务能力、引入社会组织参与居家安宁疗护及完善家属与患者支持,推动居家安宁疗护服务发展。
We described the development of home-based hospice care model and introduced the content, methods and management of this model, the composition of core team personnel and the training of team members. We need to promote the development of home-based hospice care from four aspects: top-level design and standards of hospice care, fully utilizing the service capacity of community health centers, introducing social organizations to participate, and improving the support levels for family members and patients.
