心内科优质护理中创新服务模式的应用体会分析

摘要
目的对在心内科优质护理工作中创新服务模式的具体应用及效果进行分析和研究。方法选择该院心内科在2016年6月—2017年12月期间收治的103例患者作为研究对象,按照病例单双号将其划分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组共计有51例患者,观察组共计有52例患者,采用不同的护理方式对两组患者进行护理,应用常规护理方式对对照组进行护理,在此基础之上,应用优质护理创新服务模式对观察组患者进行护理,对两组患者的总有效率和护理满意度进行分析和比较。结果在经过精心的护理之后,对照组中共计有11例痊愈,9例显效,6例有效,5例无效,达到了83.87%的总有效率;观察组中共计有22例痊愈,5例显效,4例有效,1例无效,达到了96.86%的总有效率。对照组中共计有12例满意,11例一般,8例不满意,达到了74.19%的护理满意度;观察组中共计有25例满意,6例一般,1例不满意,达到了96.86%的护理满意度。在总有效率和护理满意度方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科优质护理中应用创新服务模式能够有效提升患者的临床护理质量和临床效果,使患者的总有效率和护理满意度得到极大改善,值得在临床中予以进一步的推广和应用。
        Objective To analyze and study the specific application and effect of innovative service mode in high quality nursing work in cardiology department. Methods A total of 103 patients admitted to our department of cardiology from June 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the case number and double number. The control group had a total of 51 patients. A total of 52 patients in the observation group were treated with different nursing methods. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods. On the basis of this, the patients in the observation group were treated with the quality nursing innovation service mode. The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results After careful nursing, there were 11 cases in the control group, 9 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.87%. In the observation group, 22 cases were cured and 5 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective and 1 case was invalid, reaching a total efficiency of 96.86%. A total of 12 cases were satisfied in the control group, 11 cases were general, 8 cases were unsatisfactory, and 74.19% of the satisfaction of the nursing was achieved. In the observation group,there were 25 satisfied, 6 cases were general, and 1 case was unsatisfactory, reaching 96.86% care satisfaction. There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of total effective rate and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of innovative service mode in high quality nursing of cardiology can effectively improve the quality and clinical effect of patients' clinical care, and greatly improve the overall efficiency and satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
