摘要
介绍了某发电公司1000MW机组凝泵变频改造及除氧器水位全程自动控制逻辑设计与优化项目实施的基本思路,阐述了凝结水泵变频全程控制除氧器水位的控制策略,优化、运行情况,提出了优化中应注意的事项。运行实践表明,该方案达到了理想的节能效果,具有一定的推广意义。
Condensate pump variable frequency transformation and the deaerator water level full automatic control logic design optimization for a 1000 mw unit is introduced. It describes the condensate pump frequency control of deaerator water level control strategy, optimization, testing, operation condition. The matters needing attention in the operation is put forward. Practical operation proves that this scheme achives the ideal effect of energy saving with significance of popularization.
