全脑血管造影术后舒适护理的应用及优越性研究

摘要
目的探讨全脑血管造影术后舒适护理的应用及优越性。方法方便选择2017年1月—2018年3月在该院神经内科行全脑血管造影的患者120例,随机进行分组,对照组遵循常规护理,观察组落实术后舒适护理。比较两组全脑血管造影术患者满意水平;术后住院时间;护理前后患者生活质量量表QOL的平均分数;穿刺部位出血、血肿等全脑血管造影术并发症发生率。结果观察组全脑血管造影术患者满意水平60例(100.00%)高于对照组40例(66.67%),(χ~2=8.781, P<0.05);观察组术后住院时间(11.24±1.42)d优于对照组(15.60±2.23)d,(t=8.132,P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量量表QOL的平均分数(97.71±0.32)分优于对照组(84.24±0.31)分(t=9.322,P<0.05)。观察组穿刺部位出血、血肿等全脑血管造影术并发症发生率2例(3.33%)低于对照组10例(16.67%)(χ~2=5.0748,P<0.05)。结论术后舒适护理在全脑血管造影术护理中的干预结果确切,可减少并发症,改善患者的生活质量水平,缩短住院时间,患者满意水平高。
Objective To explore the application and superiority of comfort nursing after cerebral angiography. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing cerebral angiography in the department of neurology from January 2017 to March 2018 were convenient selected and randomly assigned. The control group followed routine care and the observation group implemented postoperative comfort care. The satisfaction level of patients with cerebral angiography was compared between the two groups; the postoperative hospital stay; the average score of QOL of the quality of life questionnaire before and after treatment; the incidence of cerebral angiography such as hemorrhage and hematoma at the puncture site. Results The satisfaction level of patients with cerebral angiography in the observation group was 60(100.00%) higher than that in the control group 40 case(66.67%),(χ~2=8.781, P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative comfort nursing in the whole cerebral angiography nursing intervention results are accurate, can reduce complications, improve patients' quality of life, shorten hospitalization time, with high patient satisfaction level.
