全膜法在西北地区制备锅炉补给水工程实例

摘要
采用全膜法水处理工艺(超滤+二级反渗透+电去离子)处理西北某地区锅炉补给水原水,处理规模为25m~3/h,说明了工艺特点、主要构筑物及设备控制参数。实际运行结果表明,全膜法水处理系统运行可靠、管理方便,产水电导率≤0.2μS/cm,SiO_2的质量浓度≤15μg/L,硬度为0,水质满足GB/T 12145-2016锅炉补给水用水水质要求。工程总投资为700万元,不计算折旧费及维修产生的费用,直接运行成本为4.17元/m~3。
        The total membrane water treatment process(ultrafiltration + two grade reverse osmosis + electro deionization) was used to treat the raw water of the boiler supply water in a certain area in northwest China, the treatment capacity was 25 m~3/h. The process characteristics, main structures and equipment controls parameter were described. The practical operation results showed that, the total membrane water treatment system has reliable operation,convenient management, the effluent electrical conductivity was less than 0.2 μS/cm, SiO_2 mass concentration was less than 15 μg/L, and hardness was 0,the water quality met the water quality requirements of the boiler supply water of GB/T 12145-2016. The total project investment was 7 million yuan,the direct operation cost was 4.17 yuan/m~3 without depreciation and maintenance cost.
