基于IPA分析的连锁孵化器竞争力评价研究

摘要
对6家连锁孵化器进行问卷调查,通过IPA分析法对连锁孵化器竞争力分析模型中的主范畴和子范畴进行分析,得到每个范畴的绩效表现程度-重要程度坐标,并基于量化的连锁孵化器竞争力各主范畴和子范畴的绩效表现程度-重要性关系,得出连锁孵化器竞争力提升的策略。研究结果表明:网络能力在连锁孵化器竞争力要素中具有明显的高绩效表现、高关注度的特征,属于连锁孵化器市场竞争聚焦的核心能力;服务能力和客户界面目前属于孵化市场上的基本因素,即在整体孵化市场上所受到的关注程度较小,但对连锁孵化器竞争力的影响作用却较为显著。
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on six chain incubators,analyzes the main category and subcategory in the competitiveness analysis model of the chain incubator through IPA analysis,and get the performance degree-importance degree coordinate for each category,and the strategy of improving the competitiveness of chain incubator is obtained based on the quantitative performance degree-importance relationship of the main category and sub-category of chain-incubator competitiveness.The research results show that:network capability has obvious high performance and high attention characteristics in the chain incubator competitiveness factors,which is the core competence of the chain incubator market competition;service capability and customer interface are currently the basic factors in the incubation market,that is to say,the degree of attention received in the overall incubation market is small,but the impact on the competitiveness of the chain incubator is more significant.
