探讨围术期全面护理对胆结石患者术后肛门排气时间及并发症的影响

摘要
目的分析围术期全面护理对胆结石患者术后肛门排气时间及并发症的影响。方法选取我院普外科2017年1月至2017年12月收治并采取临床手术治疗的胆结石患者64例进行研究,根据患者收治前后顺序将其分为常规组和全面组,先收治的32例患者分入常规组,后收治的32例患者分入全面组,分别施加常规围术期护理干预和围术期全面护理干预,观察比较两组护理效果。结果全面组胆结石患者术后肛门排气时间、住院时间短于常规组胆结石患者,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05),护理满意度评分高于常规组胆结石患者,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05),全面组胆结石患者并发症发生率为3.13%,常规组胆结石患者并发症发生率为21.88%,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05),全面组胆结石患者干预后躯体生理功能状态、心理情绪状态、日常社会活动状态、自觉症状评分均高于常规组患者,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对手术治疗的胆结石患者施加围术期全面护理干预,能有效缩短患者术后肛门排气时间、住院时间,降低患者并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on postoperative anal exhaust time and complications in patients with gallstones. Methods Sixty-four patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into routine and comprehensive groups according to the order of patients before and after treatment. Thirty-two patients were divided into the regular group, and 32 patients were enrolled in the comprehensive group. The routine perioperative nursing intervention and perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention were applied to observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of patients with complete gallstones were shorter than those of conventional gallstones. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the conventional group of gallstones. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The complication rate was 3.13% in the patients with general gallstones and 21.88% in the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The physical function status, psychological and emotional state, daily social activity status, and self-conscious symptom scores of patients with comprehensive gallstones were higher than those of the conventional group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for surgically treated patients with gallstones can effectively shorten the postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
