细致化护理在提高急性有机磷中毒患者的治疗效果、依从性及满意度中的作用

摘要
目的:探究细致化护理在提高急性有机磷中毒患者的治疗效果、依从性及满意度中的作用。方法:选取笔者所在医院从2016年4月-2018年2月50例有机磷中毒患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组25例,给予传统常规护理,观察组25例,给予细致化护理,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、依从性,使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者心理状态,使用笔者所在医院自制的患者满意度调查表评估患者对护理满意程度。结果:对照组和观察者的总有效率分别为64.0%(16/25)和88.0%(22/25),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总依从性88.0%(22/25)高于对照组的60.0%(15/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者HAMA及HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者HAMA评分(11.68±0.89)分,明显低于对照组的(15.25±1.23)分,观察组HAMD评分(11.82±0.35)分,明显低于对照组的(18.66±2.01)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为88.0%(22/25),高于对照组的64.0%(16/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细致化护理可优化患者治疗效果,提高患者依从性,改善患者心理状态,提高患者对护理效果的满意度,具有临床使用及研究价值。
Objective:To explore the role of meticulous nursing in improving the treatment effect,compliance and satisfaction of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method:A total of 50 cases of organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,25 cases in the control group were given traditional routine nursing,and 25 cases in the observation group were given careful nursing,and the treatment effect and compliance of the two groups were observed and compared,and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) were used to assess the psychological status of patients.The satisfaction degree of patients was evaluated by self-made questionnaire of satisfaction.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%(22/25),which was higher than the control group of 64.0%(16/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was 88.0%(22/25),higher than 60.0%(15/25) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the HAMA score of the observation group was(11.68±0.89)points,significantly lower than(15.25±1.23)points of the control group.The HAMD score of the observation group was(11.82±0.35)points,significantly lower than(18.66±2.01)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 88.0%(22/25),which was higher than 64.0%(16/25) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing can optimize the treatment effect of patients,improve patient compliance,improve the patients' psychological state and satisfaction of nursing effect.It has clinical use and research value.
