新时代上海发展不平衡不充分问题研究

摘要
上海应立足作为建设更高水平小康社会和迈向全球城市的社会主义国际化大都市的目标,深入分析新时代上海发展不平衡不充分矛盾的主要表现、主要难点与瓶颈,充分借鉴国际大都市解决发展不平衡不充分问题的主要经验,统筹推进经济、社会、生态各方面协调发展,着力抓重点、补短板、强弱项,不断提升城市吸引力、竞争力和创造力,不断提升城市宜居水平,更好推动人的全面发展、社会全面进步,推动上海实现更高质量发展,为人民创造更高品质生活。
Shanghai should be based on the goal of building a higher-level well-off society and a socialist international metropolis that is moving towards a global city. It should analyze the main performances,major difficulties and bottlenecks of the unbalanced development imbalance in Shanghai in the new era,and fully learn from the international major experience of the metropolis in solving the problem of insufficient development imbalance,coordinate the coordinated development of economic,social and ecological aspects,focuse on key points,complement short-boards,strengths and weaknesses,and continuously improve the city's attractiveness,competitiveness and creativity.
