摘要
为对轧机压下系统振动特征进行仿真分析,提出基于机液耦合的轧机八自由度动力学模型,采用联合建模仿真的方案,在ADAMS建立了符合八自由度动力学关系的轧机机械模型,同时建立基于AMESim的液压位置模型和基于Simulink的闭环控制模型,通过接口互联搭建了压下系统多平台仿真虚拟样机。设计基于带阻滤波器的控制器对干扰造成的虚拟样机耦合谐振进行抑制。仿真结果表明:滤波器的加入能有效抑制耦合振动对虚拟样机系统稳定性和精度的影响。虚拟样机对轧机振动的研究有一定参考价值。
To simulate and analyze the vibration characteristics of the mill system,the eight degrees of freedom( 8-Do F) dynamic model of rolling mill based on machine-liquid coupling is proposed. According to a joint modeling simulation program,a mechanical model of mill in ADAMS with the relationship of 8-Do F was set up. At the same time,the hydraulic position model based on AMESim and the closed-loop control model based on Simulink were established,and through the interface interconnection to build a mill pressure system multi-platform simulation virtual prototype. The controller based on the band-stop filter was designed to suppress the coupling resonance of virtual prototype caused by the interference. Simulation results show that the addition of the band-stop filter can effectively suppress the influence of the coupling vibration on the stability and accuracy of the virtual prototype system. The virtual prototype has some reference value for the research of mill vibration.
