对共享经济发展中公共伦理问题的几点思考

摘要
随着互联网技术的发展,共享经济作为一种新兴经济模式近几年得到迅速发展,共享经济的特点是以互联网为平台实现了以使用权暂时转让为本质的资源和服务共享。共享经济包含着丰富的公共伦理价值,其在发展过程中所凸显出的一系列社会问题,使公共伦理问题成为人们关注的焦点。通过实证分析,从公共利益、公共规范和公共责任3个方面对共享经济发展中出现的公共伦理问题进行了深入探讨,并从强化公共生活、加强法制教育、探索监管制度和加强公德教育4个方面对如何加强公共伦理建设进行了思考。
In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,sharing economy has been developing rapidly as a new economic model,and with the Internet as the platform,the sharing of resources and services has been realized by temporarily transferring the right to use.Sharing economy contains a wealth of public ethical values and a series of social problems made prominent in its development process make public ethics the focus of attention.The paper first conducts a lot of empirical analysis and then discusses the public ethical issues caused by the development of sharing economic from such three aspects as public interest,public norms and public responsibilities.It then puts forward measures to strengthen the construction of public ethics from 4 aspects: consolidating public life,strengthening legal education,exploring supervision system and enhancing public morality education.
