摘要
目的比较沪陕两地综合利用传染病信息资源的程度,分析其与传染病发病率间的相关性。方法从信息的收集、利用和共享三个方面计算综合利用传染病信息资源的程度,使用Spearman相关等方法分析其与传染病发病率间的关系。结果 2000-2017年,上海市综合利用传染病信息资源的程度从9. 4%提升到49. 8%,陕西省则从0提升到40. 1%;沪陕两地综合利用信息资源的程度与传染病发病率之间均呈负相关性(上海市相关系数=-0. 847,P <0. 001;陕西省相关系数=-0. 698,P <0. 01);上海市综合利用传染病信息资源的程度对传染病发病率变化的解释程度为69. 1%(R2=0. 691,P <0. 001);陕西省没有显著性影响(P> 0. 05)。结论沪陕综合利用传染病信息资源的水平均不断提升,且上海市略高于陕西省;上海市传染病信息资源的综合利用对传染病防治工作的支撑作用要优于陕西省;沪陕两地应继续努力提升信息利用和信息共享能力,提高信息资源的综合利用水平。
        Objective To compare the levels of comprehensive utilization of information resources of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province,and to analyze the relationship between the comprehensive utilization of information resources and the incidence of infectious diseases. Methods The comprehensive utilization of information resources of infectious diseases was calculated from the three aspects including information collection,utilization and sharing,and the relationship between the comprehensive utilization of information resources and the incidence of infectious diseases was analyzed by Spearman correlation,linear regression and other methods. Results From 2000 to 2017,the level of comprehensive utilization of infectious disease information resources in Shanghai increased from 9. 4% to 49. 8%,and that of Shaanxi Province increased from 0 to 40. 1%.There was a significant negative correlation between the level of comprehensive utilization of information resources and the incidence of infectious diseases both in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province; the correlation coefficients of Shanghai and Shaanxi Province were-0. 847 and-0. 698,respectively( both P < 0. 01). The interpretation degree of the comprehensive utilization of information resources on the change in the incidence of infectious diseases in Shanghai was 69. 1%( R2 = 0. 691,P < 0. 001),while there was no significant effect in Shaanxi Province( P> 0. 05). Conclusions The levels of the comprehensive utilization of infectious disease information resources in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province have been continuously improved,and the level of Shanghai is slightly higher than that of Shaanxi Province. The comprehensive utilization of information resources has played a supporting role in infectious disease work in Shanghai,but the role played by Shaanxi is not as good as Shanghai. Efforts should be continuously made in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province to improve the capability of information utilization and information sharing to further promote the comprehensive utilization of information resources.
