摘要
《公共图书馆业务规范第2部分:市级公共图书馆》在整个业务规范系列中是一个基准性的范本。本文从三个层级的业务规范文本入手,对比分析了三者的差异。通过阐述《公共图书馆业务规范第2部分:市级公共图书馆》的特性,体现各层级公共图书馆略有差异的功能定位和服务能级,以及市级馆在整个公共图书馆系统架构中的桥梁作用。
Public Library Professional Work Specifications Part 2 : Municipal Public Library is a benchmark model in the whole series of business norms. Starting from the three levels of business norms, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the differences among them.By elaborating the characteristics of Public Library Professional Work Specifications Part 2 : Municipal Public Library, this paper embodies the slightly different function orientation and service level of public libraries at all levels, and the bridge role of municipal libraries in the whole system structure of public libraries.
