摘要

从标准到指南是国际图书馆界的发展趋势,业务指南在《公共图书馆业务规范》的贯彻执行中具有十分重要作用,通过增强宣传、提高可操作性和试点推广等方法可以更好地落实《公共图书馆业务规范》,并且在规范的贯彻中逐渐实现向指南发展。
        From standards to guidelines is a development trend in the library circle. The business guidelines play a very important role in the implementation of the Public Library Professional Work Specifications. The Specification can be better implemented and developed by enhancing advocacy, operational improvement and pilot promotion. In the implementation, the Specification is developing from standard to guideline.
