摘要

《公共图书馆业务规范》的颁布,标志着我国公共图书馆服务规范体系已初步建立,预示着我国公共图书馆服务向普遍化、均等化、标准化和规范化迈出了重要一步,相信它对夯实基层图书馆服务网络和图书馆服务体系、细化对特殊群体的服务工作、新媒体融合服务等方面将发挥重要作用。
        The significance of the implementation of Public Library Professional Work Specifications marks the initial establishment of the service standard system of public libraries,indicates that public library services have taken an important step towards universalization, equalization,standardization. It is believed that it will play an important role in consolidating the service network and system of grass-roots libraries, refining the service for special groups, and integrating new media services.
