摘要

论述了图书馆在"一带一路"建设中的作用,提出图书馆不应仅从文化交流角度,还应有意识地从经济建设、科研活动等框架下服务"一带一路"建设。针对"一带一路"图书馆建设方向,指出应重点做好特色数据库、数字图书馆和馆员队伍建设三个方面的工作,并提出了借力开展跨行业合作、大力推动跨国合作交流、做好指导和帮扶的建设策略。
        In this presentation, the role libraries play in "the belt and road(B&R)" is discussed from a larger view and it is suggested that libraries should serve not only the culture exchange but also the economic activities, the scientific research activities and so on in serving B&R. Aiming at the library construction direction of B&R, this paper points out that libraries should put more effort in the construction of characteristic databases, digital libraries and librarian teams. And suggestions of multi-industry cooperation, multinational cooperation and construction strategy of guidance and aid are also put forward.
