福州南街街区街道空间活力评价

摘要
以福州南街街区为例,将IPA图表法与语义差别法结合,提取IPA图表中交通可达性、设施便利和管理运行这三个急需改进的中性因子,并对其进行更精细的分类,得出12个SD评价因子以对受访者再次进行街道活力感知满意度调查,绘制SD曲线。结果表明:得分正值与负值的指标数量相同,整条SD曲线在0值线上下波动,其中铺装的舒适度、监控系统完备性、照明设施明亮度、标识系统清晰度、空间利用安全性、交通系统通畅度等指标为正值,设施充足度、植物配置美感度、卫生清洁度、步行系统连贯性、无障碍设施完善度、台阶坡道设置合理性为负值。将需要改善的部分归为交通活力、环境活力和设施活力三个方面,并从这三个方面提出了一些切实可行的提升建议。
Taking the Nanjie block in Fuzhou as an example,the IPA chart method combining with the semantic difference method are used to extract three factors that need to be improved in terms of traffic accessibility,facility convenience and management operation in the IPA chart,and to classify it more finely. 12 SD evaluation factors were obtained to conduct a survey on the satisfaction of street vitality perception for the respondents again,and draw the SD curve. The results show that the number of positive and negative scores is the same,and the entire SD curve fluctuates below the zero line. The comfort of the paving,the completeness of the monitoring system,the brightness of the lighting facilities,the clarity of the logo system,and the safety of space utilization The indicators such as sexuality and traffic system patency are positive,and the facilities adequacy,plant configuration beauty,hygiene cleanliness,walking system consistency,barrier-free facility perfection,and rationality of stairway slope setting are negative. The part that needs improvement is classified into three aspects: traffic vitality,environmental vitality,and vitality of facilities. Some practical suggestions for improvement are proposed from these three aspects.
