摘要
介绍了一种利用空间定位技术结合超声图像引导肌肉穿刺系统,通过动物活体实验,研究该系统引导肌肉穿刺的可行性、简便性和实用性。实验利用活体实验兔,在超声引导下对兔腿股直肌注射颜料后,切开兔腿暴露靶肌,通过观察颜料分布来确定和评价注射效果。结果显示,颜料被准确地注射到靶肌内,与超声引导的靶肌一致。实验结果表明,该系统引导肌肉穿刺确实可行,且精确度有保障。
This paper presents a muscle puncture system guided by spatial positioning technology and ultrasound image.The feasibility,simplicity and practicability of the system for guiding muscle puncture were studied through animal experiments in vivo. Some pigment was injected into the rectus femoral muscle under the guidance of ultrasound. The rabbit leg was cut to expose the target muscle. The effect of the injection was determined and evaluated by observing the distribution of pigments. The results showed that the pigments were injected into the target muscle accurately,which was consistent with the target muscle guided by ultrasound. The experimental results show that the system is feasible and accurate in guiding muscle puncture.
