六氟磷酸锂制备工艺的优化及电化学性能探讨研究

摘要
以氢氧化锂、吡啶和六氟磷酸为原料,络合物解离法制备电池级六氟磷酸锂。通过正交试验的优化工艺得到六氟磷酸锂,纯度>99%。由其组装的纽扣电池充电电压平台在4.0V左右,放电电压平台在3.9V左右。在1.0C倍率下,循环20次放电比容量从134.4mAh/g下降至112.0mAh/g,容量保持率达到83.33%,循环效率平均保持在91.38%。
        The method of complex dissociation was adopted to prepare LiPF_6 with battery level used lithium hydrate,pyridine and fluorophosphoric acid as the raw materials.The experiment prepared LiPF_6 with the condition by orthogonal optimization.The product can be determined as LiPF_6 with a purity of more than 99%.The recharging voltage platform of assembling button battery was about 4.0Vand discharging voltage platform was about 3.9V.The value of discharge specific capacity droped to 112.0mAh/g from 134.4mAh/g after looping 20 times under 1.0Crate,the capacity retention rate reached 83.33%,the cycle efficiency reminded at around 91.38%.
