摘要
目的:在《卫生部药品标准中药成方制剂第十九册》六神曲标准规定的基础上,对六神曲发酵前的制备工艺过程,进行最优工艺参数优选。方法:采用正交试验法以槲皮素、绿原酸的含量以及干膏率进行综合评分为指标,优化选择三味植物药最佳煎煮工艺;采用单因素考察法对苦杏仁赤小豆的粉碎工艺进行优化;通过软材制备情况确定药液浓缩终点。结果:六神曲七味原料药,苦杏仁、赤小豆混合,过2号筛粉碎成粗粉,与面粉、麦麸混匀,另取辣蓼、青蒿、苍耳草加12倍量水,浸泡30分钟,煎煮1小时,用200目滤布板框滤过,滤液浓缩成清膏(原生药6.5倍量水),趁热与上述药粉拌匀。结论:六神曲发酵发酵前原料药材处理工艺可经量化处理。
Objective: Based on the standard of Liushen Qu stated in "the Ministry of health drug standard of traditional Chinese medicine preparation nineteenth volumes ", the preparation process of Liushen Qu before fermentation was optimized to select the processing parameters. Method: The orthogonal test was applied with the comprehensive score of quercetin, chlorogenic acid content and dry extract yield as index to optimize the decocting process of the three herbal medicines.The single factor method was used to optimize the smashing process of Kuxingren and Chixiaodou.The end point of liquid concentration was determined by the soft material preparation. Result: Seven kinds of raw materials of Liushen Qu, Kuxingren and Chixiaodou was mixed and smashed into coarse powder through 24 mesh sieve, and then it was mixed with flour, wheat bran. Laniao, qinghao and Cangerzi was soaked with 12 times water for 30 minutes, and then decocted for 1 hour, then filtered with 200 mesh filter. The filtrate was condensed into clear paste(6.5 times water of raw medicine), and mixed with the powder while it was hot. Conclusion: Raw material treatment can be quantized before fermentation of Liushen Qu.
