基于ATML的数据链设备自动测试系统

摘要
由于当前数据链设备已大量交付并大面积使用,后期的技术维护需要消耗大量的人力物力。为满足对数据链设备定检和排故的需求,对比传统人工测试的缺陷,结合自动测试的发展,笔者对ATML标准的发展进行总结和归纳,分析了ATML在自动测试系统中的可实现性,设计基于ATML的数据链设备自动测试系统,达到可靠、通用、高效、便捷以及自动化的测试目标。
