摘要
目前国内均以六面顶压机的粉末触媒合成金刚石单晶,应用十分广泛,几乎覆盖了金刚石所能的所有领域,然而随着市场的精细划分,以及受成本制约的影响,这种粉末工艺的不足逐渐呈现。一种片状触媒工艺合成的方晶金刚石——即(100)≈(111)的晶形——大量应用后,证实在切割石材、岩石钻进方面,有令人满意的锋利度、耐磨性、抗冲击性、热稳定性。
At present, diamond single crystals that is widely used in the relevant application are synthesized by powder catalyst with cubic presses. However, with the precise refinement of the market and the influence of cost constraints, the shortcomings of this powder synthesizing process gradually presented. As the powder catalyst was changed to sheet catalyst, the diamond shape on 100 would be similar as 111 surface. Extensive application has proven that it has satisfactory sharpness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and thermal stability in cutting stone and rock drilling.
