摘要
介绍了输运床气化装置的工艺流程,着重分析了输运床气化装置开车初期飞灰捕集及排灰存在的问题,通过对装置优化改进及工艺参数的调整:提高反吹气至200℃以上,调整反吹频率;增加三点式热电偶及中部料位开关;保持飞灰收集器流化;改变输灰管线尺寸及弯头等措施。通过试验测试基本解决了开车初期阶段飞灰量大、含水高、输送困难等问题。
Transport integrated gasification unit are introduced in this process,analyzes the transport integrated gasification unit drive early fly ash catcher and the problems of ash discharge, through to the device optimized improvement and adjustment of process parameters,improve the blow to more than200 ℃,adjust the frequency counter blowing; add three-point thermocouple and middle stock switch;keep the fly ash collector fluidized;change the size and bend of the pipeline. The test basically solves the problem of high fly-ash,high water content and difficult transportation.
