新形势下大学生创新能力培养与实践

摘要
针对我国工业化和信息化的"两化"深度融合以及四化同步发展的新形势,本文研究和总结了多年来对大学生创新实践能力培养的探索与实践,提出了一种以成果为导向的递阶式大学生创新能力培养方案。该方案以实验室为依托,以学科实力为保障,以实验室教师为指导团队,以大学生为培养对象,开展大学生科研创新实践活动,培养大学生的科研创新意识与实践创新能力,增强大学生的团队协作精神和专业知识综合运用能力。
For the deep integration of Industrialization and Informatization of the "two oriented",and the simultaneous development of the"four modernizations",this paper summarizes the exploration experience of the cultivation of university students' scientific research innovation practice ability,and proposes an achievement oriented training scheme for college students' innovative ability. The training program is based on the laboratory and the disciplines,based on the laboratory teachers as the students ' innovative and practical guidance team,aims to the university students as the objects. It focuses on students' scientific research innovation and practice activities. It cultivates students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability in practice,enhances students' team spirit,and improves the students' comprehensive ability to use professional knowledge.
