摘要
目的探讨牡蛎低聚肽配伍核桃低聚肽和山药多糖对雄性小鼠性功能的影响。方法将50只健康清洁级成年雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组、乳清蛋白组(760 mg/kg bw)和3个牡蛎低聚肽配伍核桃低聚肽和山药多糖配伍组(配伍1组:160+440+220 mg/kg bw;配伍2组:320+220+220 mg/kg bw;配伍3组:640+110+220 mg/kg bw)。连续灌胃干预45 d,在干预的第15 d,30 d和45 d分别对小鼠进行交配实验记录骑跨潜伏期、20 min内骑跨次数及交配次数;干预结束后,检测小鼠血清NO和睾酮浓度,海绵体NO、c GMP和PDE5水平,分别取睾丸、附睾、包皮腺、精囊和前列腺并精确称重。结果与乳清蛋白组相比,3个配伍组可不同程度的增加雄性小鼠附性器官指数,提高血清NO和睾酮含量,提高海绵体c GMP含量并降低PDE5水平,此外还可缩短小鼠骑跨潜伏期并增加骑跨次数和交配次数。结论牡蛎低聚肽配伍核桃低聚肽和山药多糖能够增强雄性小鼠的性功能。
        Objective To investigate the effect of compatibilities of oyster oligopeptides, walnut oligopeptides and yam polysaccharide on sexual function in male mice. Methods A total of 50 adult ICR male mice were randomized into five groups, including naive control group, whey protein group(760 mg/kg bw), and 3 composite groups of oyster oligopeptides,walnut oligopeptides and yam polysaccharide(composite group 1, 160 + 440 + 220 mg/kg bw; composite group 2: 320 + 220+ 220 mg/kg bw; composite group 3, 640 + 110 + 220 mg/kg bw). Test substances were gavaged for 45 days. The sexual activity of male mice, such as incubation period of the first straddle and total number of intercourse and straddle in 20 min were recorded on days 15, 30, 45. After the intervention, the concentration of serum NO and testosterone in mice were detected. The level of NO, c GMP and PDE5 in corpus cavernosum tissue were measured. Testicles, epididymis, preputial glands, seminal vesicles and prostate glands of male mice were all weighed. Results Compared with the whey protein group,3 composite groups could increase the weight of accessory sex organs and the concentration of serum NO and testosterone,increase the level of c GMP and decrease PDE5 in corpus cavernosum tissue to some extent. What 's more, the mount latency was decreased and the total number of mount and intercourse were both increased. Conclusion Compatibilities of oyster oligopeptides, walnut oligopeptides and yam polysaccharide could improve the sexual function in male mice.
