推拿配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果分析

摘要
目的研究推拿配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月至2016年8月本院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取功能锻炼,观察组采取推拿配合功能锻炼治疗,比较两组患者的膝关节肿胀、压痛、活动受限评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果观察组的膝关节肿胀、压痛、活动受限情况及Lysholm膝关节功能情况明显有所改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论推拿配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的膝关节功能,临床效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of massage combined with functional exercise on knee osteoarthritis. Methods From July 2015 to August 2016,100 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given functional exercise,and the observation group was treated with massage and functional exercise. The knee joint swelling,tenderness,movement restriction score and Lysholm knee joint function score were compared between the two groups. Results The knee swelling,tenderness,activity limitation and Lysholm function in the observation group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with functional exercise can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,improve the knee joint function and have significant clinical effects.
