思密达联合奥美拉唑在急性糜烂性胃炎引起的上消化道出血治疗中的疗效观察

摘要
目的探究思密达联合奥美拉唑在急性糜烂性胃炎引起的上消化道出血治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月至2018年3月收治的98例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,均由急性糜烂性胃炎引起。随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例。对照组采用常规治疗+奥美拉唑治疗,研究组采用常规治疗+思密达联合奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果在临床治疗总有效率方面,对照组为83.67%(41/49),研究组为95.92%(47/49),研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,对照组为10.20%(5/49),研究组为12.24%(6/49),两组差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性糜烂性胃炎引起的上消化道出血治疗中,采用思密达联合奥美拉唑治疗效果明显,不良反应少,安全性高,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To explore curative effect of smecta combined with omeprazole in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute erosive gastritis. Methods Choose 98 cases upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients caused by acute erosive gastritis from April 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital as study objects. Divide them into control group and research group randomly, 49 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine therapy plus omeprazole, and study group with routine therapy plus smecta combined with omeprazole. Compare curative effect and adverse reactions incidence between two groups. Results Total effective rate of clinical treatment was 83.67%(41/49) in control group and 95.92%(47/49) in study group, significantly higher than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05). Adverse reactions incidence was 10.20%(5/49) in control group and 12.24%(6/49) in study group, difference showed no significance between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Smecta combined with omeprazole has significant effect in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute erosive gastritis, with less adverse reactions and high safety, which is of high promotion and application value.
