翻转课堂在重症监护室临床实践教学中效果评价

摘要
目的:了解翻转课堂在重症监护室实习护生临床实践教学效果。方法:抽取某附属医院76名实习护生为研究对象,根据护生成绩,将其分成对照组和实验组,对照组使用传统的临床实践教学,实验组使用翻转课堂教学,实验前两组护生成绩之间差异不具有统计学意义。结果:实验组护生出科理论成绩为(25.5±1.7),临床实践技能考试成绩为(25.4±1.6),高于对照组护生的(21.1±1.6)和(21.3±1.5);翻转课堂对于护生学习兴趣、自主学习能力的提高也有所帮助。结论:翻转课程在重症监护室实习护生临床实践教学中应用效果较好,应该推广。
        Objective:To understand the effect of clinical practice teaching for interns in intensive care unit(ICU) in flipped classroom.Methods:Seventy-six interns from a Affiliated Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to their performance,they were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group used traditional clinical practice teaching,while the experimental group used flipped classroom teaching.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.Results:The theoretical score of nursing students in the experimental group was(25.5+1.7).The score of clinical practice skills examination was(25.4+1.6) higher than that of the control group(21.1+1.6) and(21.3+1.5).Flipping classroom was also helpful to improve the learning interest and autonomous learning ability of nursing students.Conclusion The application effect of flip course in clinical practice teaching of interns in ICU is good,and it should be popularized.
