马克思共享发展思想在中国劳动关系中的实践

摘要
马克思的劳动价值理论、剩余价值理论、资本积累理论等对于共享发展提出了终极目标和方向。社会主义制度为共享发展理念在劳动关系中的实践确立了制度基础。中国特色社会主义道路为共享发展思想的实现提供了现实土壤。马克思共享发展思想中国化的实践进程中,经历了三个阶段:一是解放初期至20世纪60年代的劳资两利及"鞍钢宪法";二是20世纪80年代的法律制度化阶段;三是新时代的共享理念及其中国化实践。共享思想发展的最终趋势则是产权制度的消亡和劳动者的完全占有。研究这一问题,对于探索共享发展的历史脉络和发展趋势具有重要的理论价值;对于指导中国劳动关系的实践,实现在劳动关系中的共建共享具有重要的现实意义。
Marx's theories such as labor value theory,theory of surplus value,capital accumulation theory put forward the ultimate goal and direction for shared development.The socialist system has established the system foundation for the practice of the shared development concept in labor relations.The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics provides realistic soil for the realization of shared development thoughts.Marx's thought of shared development has gone through three stages in the process of Chinese practice.The first stage is"benefit to both labor and capital"and the"Constitution of Anshan iron and steel company"from the early liberation to the 1960 s.The second is the stage of legal institutionalization in the 1980 s.The third is the sharing concept of the new era and its Chinese practice.The final trend of the development of shared thoughts is the disappearance of property rights system and the complete possession by laborers.Studying this issue has important theoretical value in exploring the historical context and development trend of shared development.It is of great practical significance to guide the practice of China's labor relations for joint contribution and shared benefits.
