摘要
当前港口集装箱运输行业的蓬勃发展,促使大型集装箱起重机不断朝着高速化、大型化发展。由于集装箱港口通常位于沿江沿海地区,台风龙卷风等自然灾害时有发生。而岸边集装箱起重机结构和迎风面均较大,相比其他装置更易受大风的袭击。因此,有效、可靠地提高岸边集装箱起重机的防风性能,对港口安全生产具有十分重要的意义。文中详细介绍了防风铁楔的结构特点和工作原理,结合岸边集装箱起重机的实际工况,对防风铁楔的电气控制系统进行改进设计,改进后的运行效果良好,达到了改造的目的。
        Currently, the vigorous development of the port container transportation industry has promoted the continuous development of large container cranes towards high speed and large scale. As container ports are usually located in coastal areas along the Yangtze River, natural disasters such as typhoons and tornadoes occur from time to time. However, the quayside container crane has a larger structure and windward side and is more vulnerable to strong winds than other devices. Therefore, effectively and reliably improving the windproof performance of quayside container cranes is of great significance to the safe production of ports. In this paper, the structural characteristics and working principle of the windproof iron wedge are introduced in detail. Combined with the actual working conditions of the quayside container crane, the electrical control system of the windproof iron wedge is improved and designed. The improved operation effect is desirable, and the purpose of transformation is achieved.
