健康中国视阈下大学生积极心理品质培养研究

摘要
随着经济社会进入快速转型期,高校学生面临愈来愈多的社会压力,因心理健康问题引发的自杀和他杀等极端事件屡有发生。大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是"健康中国"建设的重要后备力量,积极心理品质是其成长和成才的必备要件。因此,关注大学生的心理健康问题,深入剖析其心理问题成因,并采取有效措施培养大学生的积极心理品质,是当前高校思想政治教育工作的重点,也是全社会的共同责任。
With the rapid transition period of economic society, college students are facing more and more social pressures, and extreme events such as suicide and homicide caused by mental health problems have occurred frequently. College students are a valuable resource for the country and an important reserve force for the construction of "healthy China". Positive psychological quality is an essential element for its growth and success. Therefore, paying attention to the mental health problems of college students, deeply analyzing the causes of their psychological problems, and taking effective measures to cultivate the positive psychological quality of college students is the focus of current ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and also the common responsibility of the whole society.
