In order to compensate the spectrum shortage caused by the high requirements of coverage, capacity and performance in the IMT system, WRC-19 1.13 has focusing on the new frequency division for the development of future mobile communication systems. Therein, the 24.25 GHz—27.5 GHz band is the lowest band in the candidate bands of mainstream IMT millimeter waves. The frequency division of IMT system is dependent on the solution to the interference coexistence between the IMT system and the Inter Satellite Service(ISS). The interference coexistence between the IMT-2020(5 G) at the 25.25 GHz—27.5 GHz band and the ISS is studied. Then, the compatibility and the coexistence performance are analyzed. Simulation experiments validate that they can coexist.
