<正>肥胖已经呈现世界范围内的流行趋势。2005年,一项涉及106个国家、88%世界人口的流行病学资料显示[1]:23.2%的成人为超重人群,9.8%为肥胖症人群。预计2030年,全球超重人数将增加到13.5亿,肥胖人数将增加到5.73亿。因此,世界卫生组织已经将肥胖症列为全球性疾病。20世纪80年代以后,中国经济腾飞、国富民强,与此同时中国也开始经历欧美国家的肥胖症困
