摘要
目的:以高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,定量分析生物节律对高血压脑出血预后的影响。方法:基于Matlab的节律分析方法,与传统的Halberg余弦法对比计算患者血压和心率的近日节律。结果:收缩压、舒张压和心率的节律分析指标中,振幅A值且P值越小的,患者预后情况越好(P<0.05)结论:系统测试表明,基于Matlab的节律分析较传统的Halberg余弦法具有计算简单、精确度高、实用性强,为临床判断高血压脑出血的预后提供了可靠的辅助方法和依据。
        This thesis selects the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object. Also a analysis method of biological rhythm based on Matlab is proposed. Through quantitative analysis,the influence of biological rhythm on the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the final analysis indexis are found. By studying the rhythm mechanism of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,we find the biological rhythms of vital signs of postoperative patients have some correlation with their prognosis. System test shows that the support vector machine algorithm has higher accuracy,reliability and practical value than the BP neural network algorithm on the prediction of the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
