摘要
目的探讨5个月龄APP/PS1双转基因小鼠自主活动的生物节律变化。方法采用小鼠自主活动测试仪对5个月龄APP/PS1双转基因小鼠和空白背景小鼠的活动度进行连续72 h的监测。结果在12D/12L光暗影响下,5个月龄空白背景小鼠在黑暗相的活动度(自主活动时间、自主活动次数)均明显比光照相多(P<0.01);而5个月龄APP/PS1双转基因小鼠在光照及黑暗条件下的活动度(自主活动时间、自主活动次数)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 5个月龄APP/PS1双转基因阿尔茨海默病小鼠的自主活动近日节律紊乱。
        Objective To discuss biological rhythms change in the autonomic activities in five months APP/PS1 double transgenic mice.Methods The autonomic activities were measured of 5 months APP/PS1 double transgenic mice and blank background mice for continuous monitoring of 72 h.Results In 12D/12 L under the influence of the light from the darkness,the activity( autonomic activity time,autonomic activity times) of 5 months blank background mice in the dark phase was significantly more than that in light phase( P<0.01). The activity( autonomic activity time,autonomic activity times) degree of five months APP/PS1 double transgenic mice of light and dark conditions had no significant difference( P>0.05).Conclusions The autonomic activities rhythm of 5 months APP/PS1 double transgenic Alzheimer disease model mice is in one day disorders.
