摘要
为了减少患者的疼痛,提高膏药的治疗效果,利用超声效应可增强组织渗透、提高细胞代谢、促进血液循环,降低神经、肌肉兴奋性,产生良好的镇痛和解痉作用,设计了一种基于超声温控的膏药理疗仪。该理疗仪主要由STC89C52主控芯片、超声发生器、加热模块、MLX90615红外测温、LCD1602液晶显示等组成。其中STC89C52作为中央处理器控制整个系统运转;超声发生器和加热模块作用于膏药,用于促进膏药的渗透吸收并达到镇痛效果;通过MLX90615传感器采集膏药部位温度,用于反馈调节加热模块。理疗仪各功能已经调试成功,对于超声用于膏药辅助治疗研究具有一定意义。
In order to smooth the patient's pain and improve the therapeutic effect of the plaster,this paper designed a kind of physiotherapy instrument of plaster which based on ultrasonic temperature control by using the ultrasonic effect that can enhance tissue penetration,improve cell metabolism,promote blood circulation,reduce excitability of nerve or muscle,produce good analgesia spasm,reconciliation,It is mainly composed of STC89C52 main control chip,ultrasonic generator,heating module,MLX90615 infrared temperature,LCD1602 liquid crystal display,etc.And the STC89C52 as the central processor has controlled the operation of the whole system.The ultrasonic generator and heating module would promote the absorption of plaster and achieve the effect of analgesic.Through MLX90615 sensor,the temperature of the patch is collected and used for feedback regulating heating module.The function of the physiotherapy instrument has been debugged successfully,which is significance for the study on ultrasound assisted plaster therapy.
